Although the paintings that appeared in this event may be small, they are huge in their presence. As with this and so many other fine art miniature shows the one word constantly uttered throughout the duration of the show is "WOW." Many who gazed upon Linda's "Cruise Control" proclaimed the same and agreed with the judges that it was completely deserving of First Place honors and was truly the best in the show.
Miniature art is fine art in small scale and is growing in popularity year by year. As collector's walls are often filled with larger works, a place for miniature art can always be found. The unique quality of these pieces is that they can be placed almost anywhere: on table tops, mantles, shelves, or displayed on very narrow walls in vertical groupings. Once collectors visit a high quality miniature show such as the ones Linda participates in, they often become totally "hooked" on these masterful minis!
