Founded in Clearwater, Florida in 1985, the MAA was the first national society to honor outstanding practitioners of American miniature art. In addition to recognizing leading contemporary miniaturists, its purpose is to broaden public understanding and appreciation of this ancient art form.
- Miniature Painters, Sculptors & Gravers Society
The object of The Miniature Painters, Sculptors & Gravers Society of Washington, D.C. (MPSGS) is to encourage and stimulate interest among artists and the public in the beautiful forms of miniature art.
