Traditional miniature art is fine art painted in small scale with minute attention to detail. Paintings must be able to withstand enlargement without revealing faults. All subject matter must be one-sixth of life size or smaller and painted no larger than twenty-five square inches. A Penny appearing on the artwork is only a reference for scale.
