WNAG Flag Expedition Fellowship Grant (Feb 2007)
While in Zimbabwe Alison will be based at the Painted Dog Conservation project and will spend time with project staff tracking dogs as well as learning about the educational and community involvement aspects of the project. After the expedition, Alison will use her artwork, slide talks, exhibitions and various other events to publicize the expedition and raise awareness of this highly social and highly endangered species. Alison is donating 25% of proceeds from all Painted Dog artwork to the PDC project. Please visit the Conservation page of the AFC site to find more information about Alison's expedition.
