Finalist Selection Birds in Art + traveling exhibition
This year Pete's painting "Fluff, Furrows and Feathers" has been selected as a finalist for the international exhibition Birds in Art, and further selected for the traveling exhibition following in 2009.

Sponsorship for Young African Wildlife Artist
Following the very successful art safari to Namibia and the art workshop at Africat, Pete and the Aussie Artefacts have sponsored the scholarship student, Denys Shinyama, to send work to exhibit at Art Melbourne 2007

African Art Safari
Following the very successful safari to Namibia in 2006, Pete has been asked to escort another art/photography safari to Africa in 2010. The itinerary is in process, but August 2010 should be the time, and countries included could be Uganda (Mountain Gorillas ), Kenya, Tanzania and Zanzibar
