  Tusk Trust
Over the last fifteen years Tusk has supported more than 30 conservation related projects in 15 African countries. Many of these are still ongoing. Tusk believes in providing long term support for projects and  provides funds for emergency situations.
The majority of the Trust's funds are raised through an annual appeal to UK charitable trusts, a number of which have supported Tusk's work regularly each year. In addition to the trust income, Tusk has an international membership scheme for individuals, which is growing year by year. They are particularly keen to encourage children and students to join and have produced an education "Wildlife in Danger" booklet for school children. The Trust arranges a wide range of fund raising events from dinners, fashion shows, theatre evenings and lecture events at the Royal Geographical Society, to Go-Karting, Marathon running and parachuting!

Art for ConservationTM Commitment Goal:
Not Specified.

Tusk Trust has been indicated by AFC members as a potential recipient of donations by participating artists. AFC's Art for ConservationTM program, provides a forum to promote artwork that benefits recognized conservation organizations such as Tusk Trust.

AFC members have voluntarily and independently earmarked a portion of the proceeds from the sale of their artwork to Tusk Trust. AFC's Art for ConservationTM program provides a forum to help promote artwork for sale that includes such a commitment. Each artists's commitment is contingent on the sale of their work and the above estimate is a potential total based on the completion of sale of any original work and/or limited editions. The AFC is not involved in any way with artwork sales transactions, nor does it make any guarantees relating to artist commitments. The AFC takes no commission whatsoever from the sale of artwork under the Art for ConservationTM program, unless explicitly indicated.
