Painting Donated to the International Snow Leopard Trust
Linda Besse Donates Lord of the Mountains to the International Snow Leopard Trust.
Linda Besse has donated her snow leopard painting titled Lord of the Mountains to the International Snow Leopard Trust. "The ISNT does such good work focusing their efforts on preserving the snow leopard by working with local peoples and their habitat," says Linda. The Snow Leopard Trust promises to purchase handicrafts from the locals if a snow leopard is not killed in their area. Not only does this bring economic incentive to keep the cats alive, but it adds peer pressure to the equation.The painting is 23" X 30" with a framed value of $6000. The painting portrays not only this magnificent cat but also the desolate high mountain habitat in which the snow leopards live.
