I accept commissions on a "time available" basis. My procedure is as follows:
Step 1: Initial contact and discussion to arrive at the concept for the painting. 20% payment due before proceeding to next step.
Step 2: A "working drawing" that is the actual size of the painting is produced and shown to the client for approval. Client signs off on "working drawing" and additional 50% of balance is due before I begin painting.
Step 3: A photo of final painting is delivered to client. Remaining payment is due. Upon receipt of final payment, painting is shipped to client. A contract will be drawn up at step 1, outlining the above procedure. All payments are non-refundable.
My guarantee policy will be discussed during initial discussion.
