Subject: Owl in the moon Dimensions (inches): 21 x 26 Medium: Watercolour and ink Description: The moon and owls are a natural duo but what intrigued me was the repetition of the circle. The wide eyes of the owl nestle into the round face all set against the roundness of the full moon. I let the stars streak around the moon as if in a time lapse photo of celestial movement to give the image a sense of action.
