The Nanaimo Art Gallery Art Rental and Sales Program, began in 1999. The downtown Gallery was established in partnership with the City of Nanaimo as part of the revitalization strategy for the downtown core. This program displays the work of local artists and offers the public the opportunity to enjoy an original, made in Nanaimo, work of art at an affordable cost. It is an important service for both established as well as emerging artists from Nanaimo and Central Vancouver Island. The program represents over 86 artists and it offers these artists the opportunity to rent or sell their art works to the general public.

Primo Piano LivinGallery is a contemporary art gallery, located in the first floor of a nineteenth-century palace in the heart of Lecce. Founded in April 2004 by two sisters and curators Maria Rosaria and Dores Sacquegna. Since Primo Piano LivinGallery was founded, the exhibition schedule has continuously brought to Puglia a variety of international artists, together with the most interesting and innovative type of contemporary art, performances, screenings of video art, conferences, meetings and workshops.
