Page with Blue Pigeon, journal of the Gelderland
Thursday, November 6, 2008
There are two detailed drawings of this beautiful pigeon in the journal. There are still three remaining species of this pigeon alive, one on Madagascar, one on the Seychelles and one on Aldabra. All three have the colors red, white and bleu. Unfortunately the Blue pigeon of Mauritius died out.
