	International Takhi Group
	The ITG emparks on the strategy of a long-term and large-scale management of theTakhi population. After significant losses in 2010, the focus lies on a fast population growth. Offspring of the remaining mares in the following season lead to an increase of 50%. As a melium-term goal the ITG goes for a coordination of the whole Takhi population in central Asia. New Takhis from Prague and China As a first step, four Takhi stallion from the breeding station at Jimsar (China) were brought to the Great Gobi B Strictly Protected Area. An additional measure for a fast population growth was the transport of four mares form Prague to the Great Gobi B.

AFC members have voluntarily and independently earmarked a portion of the proceeds from the sale of their artwork to International Takhi Group . AFC's Art for Conservation^TM program provides a forum to help promote artwork for sale that includes such a commitment. Each artists's commitment is contingent on the sale of their work and the above estimate is a potential total based on the completion of sale of any original work and/or limited editions. The AFC is not involved in any way with artwork sales transactions, nor does it make any guarantees relating to artist commitments.
