Description: Working on a ceramic disk was an unusual experience, but a quite successful one. A friend, who is a master ceramic artist, asked if I would do something for an upcoming show that he was about to put on for the college where he teaches. This was not to be a selling show, but rather one where many artists were asked to contribute their vision on these one of a kind disks made by my professor friend. The variety and imaginations of these artists were amazing and made the show a complete success. On the last day of the exhibition the votes were tallied and "Kalahari King" was selected as the People's Favorite!
