Paula Golightly

I am a native of California and grew up near horse and sheep ranches in the northern part of the state. These places inspired me to paint and draw when I was very young.
The focus of my work is to show the integration of the landscape with the unique details of plant and animal life. My paintings represent places and moments in time I have experienced and always want to remember. I work primarily in acrylics but have recently begun to also paint using oils. I hope that seeing these images will help others to more fully understand their connectedness to the land,the fish, and the wildlife.
