Nigel Shaw

Bird research, through bird banding, has been part of Nigel's life since the age of 17. The knowledge he has acquired is portraited in each of his paintings.From the simplest sketch, to full paintings, he strives to capture the very essence of each bird.
As wildlife artists he feels that we can pass on information through our art, raising awareness, not only on the species that are in critical need of help, but the ones that are also part of our everyday lives.
