Ecojustice is a national charitable organization dedicated to defending Canadians' right to a healthy environment.
 
They are an independent organization and 100 percent of their funding is provided by  donors.  Standing together with thousands of dedicated donors, creating change all Canadians can believe in, Ecojustice is making a determined and lasting difference.
 
They have one common goal:  to ensure the long-term protection and health of our rich and diverse environment.

They provide legal services free-of-charge to charities and citizens on the front lines of the environmental movement helping ensure equitable access to environmental justice nationwide. They set legal precedents and strengthen environmental laws that protect and restore the environment both today and for all time

Ecojustice has been indicated by AFC members as a potential recipient of donations by participating artists. AFC's Art for Conservation^TM program, provides a forum to promote artwork that benefits recognized conservation organizations such as Ecojustice.

AFC members have voluntarily and independently earmarked a portion of the proceeds from the sale of their artwork to Ecojustice. AFC's Art for Conservation^TM program provides a forum to help promote artwork for sale that includes such a commitment. Each artists's commitment is contingent on the sale of their work and the above estimate is a potential total based on the completion of sale of any original work and/or limited editions. The AFC is not involved in any way with artwork sales transactions, nor does it make any guarantees relating to artist commitments. The AFC takes no commission whatsoever from the sale of artwork under the Art for Conservation^TM program, unless explicitly indicated.
