Carol Andre"If you have never loved an animal, part of your soul remains unawakened".
Nature has many aspects- tranquility, excitment, violence- everything that makes up life and death. I find life to be so hectic and sometimes so overwhelming that I look to the tranquil part of nature, the joyous part, to bring peace to my heart. I hope I can impart this peace to others through my art as well and perhaps touch their hearts. We are in danger of destroying the remaining wild things we have, and "people save what they love" (Steve Irwin). If I can do my small part to create that love of nature I will have achieved what I believe I was put here on earth to do. "Whatever is true, noble, pure, and lovely - think about such things." Phil 4:8
