Linda travels to Kenya and Tanzania August 22nd - September 17th. This trip with just one other person and a guide enables Linda to spend lots of time waiting at waterholes, drawing, and gathering background reference. Some of the highlights include: Masai Mara, Lake Nakuru, Samburu, and Amboseli all in Kenya, and in Tanzania the Serengeti, Ngorongoro, Tarangire, Lake Manyara, and the rarely visited Selous Game Reserve.
Also on the intinerary are stops at local schools and hospitals.
The volcano on the edge of Ngorongoro had an eruption before she left and she is hoping to get close enough to see all the excitement. |
