Wildlife Art Magazine
The "Nature's Way" column is written by wildlife artists about their involvement in the natural world and how it applies to their art work.
In this article, Terry Woodall describes his Coos Bay, Oregon estuary and the salmon run tributary that passes by his studio, which he maintains for the benefit of the fish. The annual Coho Salmon spawning migration, a profound event of nature, provides Terry with an endless source of inspiration and observations for his salmon sculptures created from Oregon Myrtle and Madrone wood.
