Tiger Canvas Print Raises $6800 for Compassion in World Farming
Pollyanna was thrilled when one of her tiger canvases 'Cool Waters' raised $6800.00 at a glittering event attending by celebrities including Angela Rippon. The unique giclee print of a swimming tiger was created especially for their gala dinner, and this image will never again be reproduced on canvas. A bidding war ensued during the auction at the star studded event, contributing towards the wonderful total of $100,000 raised on the night. The money raised will enable CIWF to continue to reach out globally in its aim to expose the truth about factory farming and the live animal export trade around the world. CIWF has a tremendous track record in achieving real change for farm animals. Over 250 guests attended the glittering event including Fawlty Tower's legend Andrew Sachs and actresses Joanna Lumley, and Lorraine Chase - who was one of the most enthusiastic bidders for the Tiger canvas.
