| Pollyanna's Personal Assistant Lectures in Dubai! |

Pollyanna's personal assistant Anna-Louise was honoured to be invited to speak at the 2005 Executive Secretary, PA and Office Manager Forum, a prestigious international five-day conference held annually in the United Arab Emirates.
As current holder of the title Personal Assistant of the Year, Anna-Louise
was asked to give a presentation about her work, including her advice on
Confidence, Credibility and Influence at work. As well as talking
about her life and work with Pollyanna she offered practical advice on
gaining confidence, and achieving exceptional results at work.
The conference attracted delegates from around the world, including
Saudi Arabia, Oman, Pakistan, Abu Dhabi, Egypt, Namibia, South
Africa, and the UK. Following her presentation, Anna-Louise
was also asked to take part in a series of panel discussions,
alongside top managers from Pepsi-Cola International and
Unisys, the global communications company.
'It was very nerve-wracking, but a great honour to be
invited to be one of the few representatives from the
UK at this prestigious event', Anna-Louise commented
'I enjoyed the challenge - and especially meeting people
who work in this field from around the world.
Although my work with Pollyanna is fairly unique,
we share many of the same pressures, demands and
challenges within our jobs". |
