Besse named Rocky Mountain Elk Foundation 2017 Featured Artist
Linda Besse has been named the Rocky Mountain Elk Foundation 2017 Featured Artist. Her painting Call of the Wild was selected as the 2017 Featured Print. Rocky Mountain Elk Foundation chapters around the country will have this limited edition canvas print available for their fund-raising auctions. Linda is very honored to have her work selected for the only Rocky Mountain Elk Foundation print available for 2017. RMEF printed only 510 canvas prints (including 10 Artist's Proofs) all of which were signed and numbered by Linda. The Rocky Mountain Elk Foundation "permanently protects crucial elk winter and summer ranges, migration corridors, calving grounds and other vital areas, while focusing on securing and improving hunter access throughout elk country. Our land conservation tools include: acquisitions, access agreements and easements, conservation easements, land and real estate donations, land exchanges and associated acres."
