Painting a Muskoka Chair
The image that I chose was from one of my paintings that depicted a unique reflection in the water in Algonquin Park (Ontario, Canada) that was created while moving slowly on a barge powered by a small outboard engine. The water was initially very calm and the waves were very smooth (without turbulence). The back of the Muskoka chair (similar to an Adironkak Chair) contains the image of the painting and results in a very striking result. This year, I will be working on an image to paint on two chairs' backs. The chairs will be auctioned as a pair.
