review of 2015 thus far.....
Along with the wonderful news of St. Francis being in Brookgreen Gardens, it will also in 2016 find a home atop a very visible building on the main street of Anacortes, WA where it will be on a rooftop garden of a local bookstore and cafe! Other news was the winning of The People's Choice Award in Olympia for my work ILLUMINATED ONE which was then acquired by the Capital City of Olympia, WA and is in permanent location there. The City of Puyallup, WA purchased my LOTUS SEEKER frog sculpture for the Children's Park in downtown Puyallup. Also the City of Wenatchee, WA purchased THE VISIONARY and THE LOTUS SEEKER for their permanent Art of The Avenues venue. The 82nd National Sculpture Society Annual Awards Exhibition gave the Pietro and Alfrieda Montana Memorial Prize to my work REMORSE......and the Artists For Conservation awarded my work THE GREAT ESCAPE with the Environmental Statement Award at their 2015 Annual Exhibition in Vancouver, BC.
