The Distance Education and Training Council, has, for its 31st consecutive year honoured the fine work of its accredited institutions, showcasing the significant accomplishments of graduates and alumni. Michael Dumas was selected as one of only six graduates worldwide to receive the distinction of Famous Alumni in connection with his early studies with Art Instruction Schools. The publication honouring graduates and alumni, recognizes Michael's accomplishments in their description of him as an '..outstanding Canadian artist, with art characterized as masterpieces'.
