Anne Corless selected to take part in Art Exhibition and Auction in aid of The Prince’s Trust, Liverpool. Live Painting at Charity Art Auction by Anne Corless.
“The exhibition was hosted and supported by the Wall to Wall Gallery in the Metquarter in Liverpool and ran from 12 to 27th February 2013. I donated my oil painting ‘Escaping the storm' to the silent auction in aid of the charity and also did a live watercolour painting of a cheetah…. which was auctioned on the night with all proceeds to the charity!
It was a great honour to take part in this event and to be with other artists intent using their artwork in support of The Prince’s Trust. I feel a great affinity to this part of the world; my Dad was born in Liverpool…..and he and my mum spent their youth on the Wirral, in Birkenhead.
