Art on Safari |
|
In September 2013 Alison Nicholls will be leading an Art Safari for Africa Geographic magazine in South Africa. Alison and 5 guests will stay at The Bush House, a beautifully renovated old farmhouse with its own waterhole and underground hide, located in Madikwe Game Reserve. During twice-daily game drives, Alison will teach guests how to sketch wildlife quickly and confidently, while additional sketching sessions and informal workshops will be held back at The Bush House during the midday hours. The wide variety of wildlife species found in Madikwe include lion, leopard, elephant, rhinoceros, African wild dog, giraffe, numerous antelope, birds and other species. This, along with the exclusive use of The Bush House by Art Safari guests allows for great sketching opportunities and a friendly and creative atmosphere.
