Artavita's art competitions are held on an annual basis, and feature various categories including, painting, sculpture, and photography. Eligibility is open to artists worldwide. Michael has won first place in the painting category for 2012. As part of his winner's package his work will be presented in a six page feature in the soon to be published book by World Wide Art Books Inc, titled International Contemporary Artists Vol VI.
