When it comes to judging and the giving of awards, sometimes the smallest miniature can make the biggest impression, especially if painted with precision, great detail and the graphics are strong. This was obviously the case for Souvenirs, a mere 1 1/4 x 1 1/4" painting, to have received a 1st Place Award for Acrylics at the 27th Annual Miniature Fine Art Exhibition at Fells Point Gallery in Baltimore, MD.
