Society of Animal Artists 50th Anniversary Exhibition
"On the Rocks" was selected for inclusion in the 50th Annual Exhibition of the Society of Animal Artists, to be displayed from September 1 through October 31, 2010 at the San Diego Natural History Museum.
In the Society's first 33 years it played a pivotal role in the establishment of world-renowned institutions -- the San Diego Zoo, Scripps Institution of Oceanography, and natural parks -- Torrey Pines State Park and Anza Borrego Desert State Park.
The San Diego Natural History Museum is dedicated to interpreting the natural world through research, education and exhibits to promote understanding of the evolution and diversity of southern California and the peninsula of Baja California; and to inspire respect for nature and the environment.
