A commission can provide the opportunity to attack a concept I would never have considered on my own, and some of my most interesting work has benefited from such outside advice, so I am happy to entertain commission requests. I enjoy working with the client through every step of the process, sharing rough sketches, etc. Occasionally I'm asked to do a painting that I am unable to visualize as a successful image, and in such instances I will exercise my right to turn down the commission, and try to recommend an alternative artist.

As with any sale of original artwork, I will tailor pretty much any payment plan to the client's needs, without charging interest. Surrender of the artwork occurs upon completion of payment in full. I pay shipping costs on original artwork within the contiguous United States.
