Parks has done commissioned artwork for Big Sky Journal, Outside Bozeman [Artistic Opiner] (also served on staff as a columnist, opinions are stated in his paintings) and New West Magazine. He completed a CD Cover for Michael Hurwitz - Cowboy Fandango. "High Times" is a commissioned piece for the Livingston, MT Roundup Association and Western Sustainability Exchange commissioned a poster for Livingston, Montana’s Farmer's Market. Parks painted a piece for Park County Environmental Council to raise awareness and be the masthead leading the fight against a proposed Gold Mine in Paradise Valley on the outskirts of Yellowstone National Park, and most recently the “canoe bar” for Pine Creek Lodge, Pine Creek, Montana.
