Close up views of nature |

In the past few years Ramona has hit her stride in the area of purpose for her artistic bent. She has found her home to be in the close up scenes of nature. Especially drawn to the ones where symbolisms can be applied, to encourage people to be strong, to be resilient, to dig deep and have quiet determination and hope when trials come. This is the platform her art has given her; to speak hope into the viewer's lives. "The conversations that ensue when a person is encouraged by my painting is such a satisfaction to me. That's what it's all about. I need it to strike a chord to someone. I feel like each one is painted for a special individual that I've yet to meet. It is so exciting when they come along and tell me why they need it." Ramona has studied under some renowned internationally known artists (Terry Isaac, John Banovich, Paco Young, Dan Smith, etc) and does continue to challenge and stretch herself as an artist to be constantly growing.
