I am a full time Swedish artist born in 1966.
My professional career as an artist started 1982 when I had my first public exhibition. Since then I have shown my works in numerous galleries and exhibitions in Sweden and once in the US.
I constantly try to develop my style and I don´t think I'm "finished" as an artist yet. My feeling is that I'm moving towards a rougher way of painting - not getting stuck in details but trying to find the core and the feeling of the motive.
I live in the town of Leksand and my studio is situated in the old court house. The district is named Dalarna, known as "the heart of Sweden".

Support for Conservation:
I have taken part in several conservation projects in order to help birds, wolves and the old growth forest to survive for the future, and I am a member of two boards in local organisations for nature protection.

For many years I have been a supporting member of a number of other nature conservation organisations, local and international.

I regularely get commissions for different information projects regarding nature preservation.

    I have been elected Vice President of the Changchun art institute for calligraphy and painting, in China.

    AFC award for artistic excellence and extraordinary dedication to conservation.
