Sailing thru Phang Nga in Thailand - Sailing thru the Phang Nga region of Southern Thailand by David Rankin
Sailing thru Phang Nga in Thailand  (2002)
Subject: Sailing thru the Phang Nga region of Southern Thailand
Dimensions (inches): 12 x 16
Medium: transparent watercolor on ArchesŪ 140lb.
Description: On our most recent trip to Thailand we explored the beautiful southern seas around Thailand's coastal area. This incredible landscape looks like the set for a King Kong movie with ancient eroded islands rising vertically out of the sea. It's an amazing place and the images I'm developing from this trip are a joy to work on. This was a view as we made our way thru a maze of islands to 'James Bond Island', the island set where a 007 movie was filmed years ago.
