Description: Antropologists tell us man's beginning was in Africa. Because of this I chose to portray the African white-backed vulture mantling a human skull to symbolize man's ultimate demise, his destiny. In a world of environmental chaos; habitat loss, global warming, pollution, species extinction; all caused by man; it seemed fitting to create a portrayal of man's own extinction, the end of mankind's evolutionary cycle.
