Description: This painting was awarded 'Best in Show' Miniatures in Mariposa 2007 Miniature Show at the Sierra Artists Gallery Mariposa, CA.
Realistic artwork painted 'in miniature' using fine, delicate strokes to establish depth in the painting and an inner glow to the art. A large variety of watercolors are used in the creation of the intricate painting. Techniques used to create the miniature painting were taught to the artist in her early training by a Flemish artist trained in his country of Belgium.
