Subject: Cardinals Dimensions (inches): 17 x 12 Medium: oil on board Description: A pair of cardinals was navigating among the branches of a wild apple tree when they noticed me watching them. They took this majestic pose on one of the lower branches for a brief moment. They must of decided that I was no threat to them and continued to go about their merry way in the crab apples branches. I tried to capture that frozen moment when we starred at each other.
