Gene Autry is the subject matter of this oil painting. This painting features objects that were marketed by the original singing cowboy. They range from a 78 rpm record, an Autry cap pistol, a mailing envelope addressed to one of his fans, one of Mr. Autry's press photos as well as a piece from the cover of one of his multiple 78's record album. The last piece is held by a thread which is a pin back button of Gene.
