Subject: African Lion Dimensions (inches): 13.25 x 10.25 Medium: Transparent Watercolour Description: The subject is an amazing animal named Bongo. He was the lion used in the film The Ghost and the Darkness starring Michael Douglas and Val Kilmer. Over the years I have done numerous studies of him culminating in this painting when he was still in his prime. Bongo has since passed away, but I am grateful to have known him.
