Subject: Observation of a Young Man Dimensions (inches): 11.75 x 7.75 Medium: Oil Description: This young man is strongly connected to the outdoors, in his work, in his recreation, and mostly by way of a profound desire to be 'out there'. I saw him in these clothes that are so expressive of his nature, sitting there in that bent-wood oak chair, waiting. It could be any chair, anywhere inside, and under that seemingly patient repose is the desire to get moving. Just waiting is probably the hardest thing he could ever do.
