Subject: Tufted Puffin Dimensions (inches): 16 x 20 Medium: Oil on Linen Description: Artist's Comment: 'In 2003 my family and I traveled to Alaska where we boarded a day-long cruise boat to Kennai Fjiords National Park. From the boat's decks we could see Tufted Puffins launching themselves from rocky cliffs high above the Pacific waters. In this painting I've tried to capture that moment of launch.'
