Lions are becoming more endangered by the year because of human encroachment, poaching, and fragmented habitats. However, if you are lucky enough to see them in the wild, they will most likely be snoozing, as this lady is doing. Did you know that lions sleep 80% of the time? There are days when I feel like doing the same thing!
Traditional miniature art is fine art painted in small scale with minute attention to detail. Paintings must be able to withstand close inspection without revealing faults. Subject matter must be one-sixth of life size or smaller and painted no larger than twenty-five square inches.
