Subject: Swallows congregating Dimensions (inches): 10 x 14 Description: Last spring I was doing field research on swans nesting on the estuaries near Sandusky Bay & Cedar Point. But I was captivated by the antics of a couple hundred swallows that were working the marsh. They'd dart & swoop about, as swallows do, and then they'd all settle down on these wires making a raucus display where the boy birds were trying desparately to show off to the girls.
