The Rocks Have Eyes
(2012)
Subject: Petroglyphs and Rock wren

Description: This petroglyph faces a perennial seep, which is a rare, precious thing in the desert. Behind is a rocky, hot slice of Sonoran desert landscape. The Rock wren has eyes, and so do the images on the rock. In addition, there is a fascinating round hole near the upper right of the rock that lets light shine through.
