This painting was inspired by a lucky sighting on a visit to Kruger N.P. in 1995. Driving past some rock formations on one of the off the beaten tracks routes I turned as we passed and just caught a glimpse of the silhouette. We reversed slowly and were rewarded by a good few minutes of a sighting of a small family group of these tiny delicate antelope.
