Amboseli Morning
(2007)
Subject: Cheetah Dimensions (inches): 11 x 28 Medium: Oil on board Description: SOLD
This mother cheetah and her two juvenile offspring were sauntering along, the juveniles lagging behind. One of the youngsters grabbed its siblings tail tip and held it in the mouth as they continued to walk. The sibling did not respond and the two walked like this for sometime. I video'd the behaviour and knew then I wanted to paint it.
The original was sold at the 'Art For Survival' wildlife art auction organised by The David Shepherd Wildlife Foundation in 2007.
