Subject: Arctic Dimensions (inches): 24 x 30 Medium: Oil on canvas Description: In 2006, I led Arctic Quest to the Arctic to celebrate the 100th anniversary of the Northwest Passage. I told the artists to wear their down vests and take their long johns as it is 'cold' in the Arctic. But, upon leaving Iqaluit to begin our journey, there was no ice in the bay and it was warm enough to wear our T-shirts.
