Song birds, raptors, wild or domestic fowl are all favoured subjects for sketching and painting. Observation and photography help in the process of creating the compositions of these studio paintings. |

Canadian Arctic and Greenland |

These paintings are inspired by my most recent excursion to Canada's high Arctic. Travelling aboard the Akademik Ioffe as a member of Actic Quest, a group of 25 Canadian artists. I sketched painted and photographed the wonderous, fragile beauty of Canada's last frontier. |

The Canadian Shield Alphabet book is for children from kindergarten to grade 6. I am delighted to have completed 26 paintings to illustrate the book that is chock full of interesting and little known facts about the the Canadian Shield, the people and animals that live there. |

RoseMarie often travels to rural areas endeavoring to capture what remains of the tradition of working the land. Wonderful barns and farm houses clustered amongst the valleys and lakes of the Madawaska and Haliburton are disappearing. |
